With the constant policy changes and updates, planning your Walt Disney World vacation can sometimes feel a bit confusing. When it comes to transportation, here is a snapshot of the current transportation options available.

Disney’s Magical Express
Disney’s Magical Express is still offering 24/7 complimentary transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and your Disney Resort via motorcoach. The major change is that Disney’s Magical Express no longer offers arrival luggage service. This means that when you land in Orlando, you will now have to collect your own luggage and bring it with you to board the bus.
Monorail Resort Area
Currently, the Monorail is still running from the 3 Monorail Resorts to Magic Kingdom. Starting in early November, the Monorail will no longer stop at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort while they are closed for renovations. The Monorail is NOT currently running to Epcot.
The boats are still providing transportation from Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground and The Villas at Wilderness Lodge to the Magic Kingdom.
Transportation to Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios is provided by bus.
Epcot Resort Area
The Friendship Boats in the Epcot Resort Area are NOT currently running. Guests can walk to Epcot, or take a bus to Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom.
Disney Skyliner (Gondolas)
The Disney Skyliner is running. From Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Riviera Resort, the Skyliner is the only mode of transportation offered to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Bus transportation is available only to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. *see map below
Disney Springs
Bus transportation is still being offered from all of the Disney Resorts to Disney Springs.
