It began in 1996 standing in front of Splash Mountain in the Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort. After months of planning our own trip, we decided we had a passion for doing this for others, it was just too much fun. From there it has been an incredible journey! We first named our company, Kingdom Magic Vacations, as our initial focus was Disney Destinations and the name fit was perfect! This was an era when Disney was growing and more and more people were taking family vacations to destinations that offered so much for the entire family. We soon became one of the first agencies to be named Earmarked, An Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. At that time we had a small office in south Florida with just a few advisors.
As the travel industry grew and many things were changing, we moved our advisors to be home-based and continued to grow. Not only with the number of advisors that we had but with our clients! They were asking for more adventure, more destinations, and more experiences. So we listened and began developing relationships with more suppliers, educating our advisors, and doing all those things you do when you are growing a company, but wait! The name! It fit perfectly with Disney but did everyone know we were a full-service agency?
After much consideration, we decided to open Must Love Travel in 2015. It didn’t take long to see the growth and our clients were excited they could continue to work with their travel advisor and see the world. We merged the two companies and you will see us use Must Love Travel on most of our communications. Does Kingdom Magic Vacations still exist – absolutely! Not only in our hearts, but it is the foundation of what we are today. Now with over 60 agents and all of their clients, we are still creating magical trips, and so much more! Theme Parks, Land Vacations and Cruises. Something for everyone!
