This trip is the second vacation we have booked through Kim and both times we had the best experience! She is so helpful in answering questions and extremely quick to respond to inquiries! She went above and beyond on our Disney World vacation in 2022 when my husband tested positive for Covid the night before our flight to Florida. She took care of helping us reschedule everything pertaining to the Disney portion of our trip so that all we had to do was reschedule our flights. Kim is awesome I can’t say enough good things about her! She is also so friendly too which just adds to the whole positive experience!
The Perfect Disney Family Vacation
Working with Kim was wonderful. She was instrumental in helping me plan our first Disney family vacation. Kim was so knowledgeable about all things Disney. She helped us choose the perfect hotel, and the best restaurants for our picky eaters. Planning a Disney trip can be tricky but Kim was there every step of the way to guide me. It was also my son’s 13th birthday while we were there and she helped me plan some fun Disney experiences to make his birthday that much more special. She really helped us make all of our Disney wishes come true. I would happily work with Kim again when planning another vacation. She’s such a pleasure to work with.
Kim has been our go-to travel agent for the past 15 years. While we began as avid Disney adventurers we quickly realized that Kim had so much more to offer us as travelers.
Our latest adventure was a two-week Back-to-Back cruise with Carnival Cruises on the Carnival Panorama. We planned this trip as an escape from reality and Kim was with us from our first stage of planning.
One of us is currently having mobility issues and Kim got us in contact with the correct department of the cruise line and stayed on top of the issue to ensure that we received all required information and submitted that information back to Carnival. There was a slight issue where our documents weren’t received by Carnival but because Kim had been copied on all our correspondence, she was able to once again submit our documents.
While we don’t always need assistance with shore excursions, Kim is always there with ideas to help in our decision making.
The perfect first cruise
Kim worked tirelessly to find us the perfect first cruise. We had lots of criteria we were trying to meet and Kim was able to meet all of them. She was always available to answer questions, even right up until the day before the cruise began. We have already booked our next cruise through Kim for next summer!
Unbelievable Vacation…
We had Kim plan our first Disney vacation. I had no idea what I was doing and Kim handled everything for us. She asked a bunch of questions and then suggested a hotel we would like. She also got all of our dinner reservations and fast passes. Everything went so smooth. I couldn’t imagine going to Disney and not having it planned out after the way Kim did it. I highly recommend her. While we were at Disney we talked to a bunch of employees and they asked what our plans where. When we told them how our days were planned they said, “”Wow you really got a travel agent who knows what they are doing.”” We are already thinking about going back next year and if we do I will surely be using Kim. We have been working with Kim for 20 years, and I can truly say she is the best! She makes planning our trips so easy. She advises me on all the details that I may overlook and handles everything for me. She reaches out when we are there to make sure we don’t need anything. This trip we were unfortunately there during Hurricane Milton. She kept in touch with us to make sure we were ok. We were supposed to go to Universal the day the Hurricane was coming she was right on contacting me to do the cancellation while we were in the park, a huge relief since we could continue in the park and I didn’t need to worry about making calls or anything to do changes to our plans I could go on and on about the great service she provides but it’s obvious how invaluable I think she is or we wouldn’t have been using her all these years. I have been to WDW over 40 times during my life and I will refer to myself as an expert – scouring chat boards, looking over every web site to help me plan. BUT without Kim’s help each and every trip I would never know what it is I would have missed without her help, expert advice, and up to date information and advice about park touring, resort information, dining and just really crafting my trips to meet my family’s vacationing style. I am totally sincere that without Kim our trips really would suffer at my so called expert planning. Every trip she has made better with ideas and advice I never would have thought of! It was by far one of the most organized, seamless and pleasant travel experiences I’ve ever had and I credit you for all of that! Our anxiety was definitely running high given the 20,000 earthquakes in Santorini to then be topped by the events/issues with air traffic control at Newark and United which we flew. Yet our expectations were topped by how everything played out immediately landing in Greece. The only thing I would do differently if the opportunity comes again is to stay in American hotels in Athens, not a complaint per se just lesson learned.
